4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and your delivery address. The exact shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive this number, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Taxes and Customs Duties

For international deliveries, customs fees, import taxes, and other government charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order. There are no customs fees within the European Union.

7. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact us at info@hanwenshop.com. We will investigate the situation and do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays or non-delivery of your order. In such cases, additional fees may apply to reship the order.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at info@hanwenshop.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
