4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive this number, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Taxes & Customs Duties
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other governmental fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering. There are no customs duties in the European Union.
7. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@hanwenshop.com. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may lead to delays or non-delivery. Additional fees may apply to re-ship the order.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at info@hanwenshop.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
