Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods (for example, sales or holidays), order processing may take a little longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping costs will be shown when you finalize your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive this number, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Taxes and Customs Duties

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other government fees may apply and will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's regulations before placing an order. There are no customs fees within the European Union.

7. Delivery Issues

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@hanwenshop.com. We will investigate the situation and do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delays or non-delivery of your order. In this case, additional charges may apply to reship the order.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact us immediately at info@hanwenshop.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
