Ingredients:

• High-quality cinnabar powder (朱砂)
• Mugwort fiber (艾绒)
• Castor oil (蓖麻油)

Storage advice:

• Recommended container: Store in a glazed porcelain pot. Avoid clay containers (such as Yixing or porous ceramics) or metal ones (steel, copper, iron), which can absorb the oil or cause premature drying.

Ink maintenance:

• Stir regularly with a bone or bamboo tool to maintain homogeneity, avoiding tearing the mugwort fibers.
