Size fan - Antique collection

The “腰扇” (yāo shàn) during the Southern Qi dynasty refers to a round fan worn at the waist, hence its name. When not in use, the fan surface is rolled up and tied with a cord at the waist. Long-handled waist fan, retro and vintage style, with a printed pattern imitating real silk, portable and rollable.

Fan surface is the Satin brocade is a thick silk with raised woven patterns. The addition of Embroidery means that additional patterns have been stitched over the already rich weaving.
