This Xuan paper combines the tradition of Chinese calligraphy with a refined decorative aesthetic.
The 蜡染 (wax dyeing) technique creates delicate floral patterns at the top and bottom of the sheet, leaving a clear central space for writing.
Paper is a Semi-baked, offering an excellent balance between ink absorption and control:
The lines remain clear, without excessive diffusion, making it an ideal medium for small kaishu , neat inscriptions or short texts.
